About our Classes

Outdoor Beginners Class

Instructors go over all of the technical basics of parkour movement while developing your physical strength and mental toughness. This is a great class for any and all that want to get strong, confident, and learn to create physical challenges in an outdoor environment. The classes last for 1.5 hours. Because of the risks associated with training outdoors, we offer outdoor lessons to ages 13 and up only.

Indoor Beginners Class

You can choose to start your physical journey indoors at Olympia Gymnastics Facility. Here, the instructors build your confidence, strength, mobility, and movement vocabulary through games and challenging obstacle courses. These classes last for 50 mins, and are a great start for younger ones to begin Parkour. Grouped into age groups: 5 to 8 years old, 9 to 12 years old, 13 years old and up.

Other Programs

The following programs are on an appointment basis only, and are for ages 5 and up.

  • Private Lessons: One on one sessions that can be anywhere you wish and focus on strength, technique, or mental confidence that you want to work on. Great if you need a little extra help or want dedicated instruction and specific goals.
  • Workshops: Generally, a single class that cater to your goals! If you want to help your employees/students/etc. work on their team building skills or learn to tackle obstacles in a different way these are the ones for you. Let us know what you need and we will develop a fun and engaging workshop that will challenge them to move and think differently in their environment.
  • Small Group Classes: These small group classes are done semi-regularly at the discretion of the client, they can focus on beginner or advanced skills and can be located anywhere, this is great for those that want to learn parkour with their friends as the class is as small or large as you want it to be.
