How to Have a Successful 1st Class
- Come prepared with flexible clothing in which you can squat and raise your hands above your head without discomfort.
- You will endure strenuous physical activity. If you have a pre-existing injury, let the instructor know before class starts.
- Bring a source of water, especially if you're taking an outdoor class. Indoor classes will have a water fountain nearby.
- Enroll in the class prior to attending. This allows our instructors to reach out to you should something change.
